Yoga is the oldest form of practice in India. This is India’s invaluable gift to the world. The birth and development of Buddhism also took place in India. It is necessary to follow these eight organs. By following them, there is purification of conscience and knowledge arises. After Yama and Niyam, there is a description of asana in yoga, which is the name of a position of the body steadily. As far as Pranayama is concerned, the Buddha also preached Pranayama as ‘Aanapan Sati’.
The quietness of yoga and the feelings of imperfection, imperfection and sorrow are similar to Buddhist vipassana. Meditation is the main process in both. In yoga, vyādhi, sthāya, skepticism, pramāda, laziness, avīrti, bhārānti, unobtrusiveness, and unconsciousness are considered as the deflections of the nine minds and misery, dormancy, angmayātva, breathing and quivering, these arise with the ablution.
